Announcement of the dividend day

The Board of the Company resolved to set the ex-dividend day and the payment day of 2024.

I. The Shareholders Meeting resolved to pay cash dividend from corporate earnings amounting to NT$273,881,610.00 in a regular session dated 2025/06/09. The Company desires to adjust the dividend rate from NT$10/share to NT$10.00401795/share payable to shareholders listed in the registry as of the record day. Dividend payment will be round to the nearest NT Dollar.

II. Ex-dividend day and related dates:
(1) Ex-dividend trading date: 2025/07/07.
(2) Ex-dividend record date: 2025/07/13.
(3) Last date before book closure: 2025/07/08.
(4) Book closure period: from 2025/07/09 to 2025/07/13.

III. Cash dividend payment date was set on 2025/07/25.
