Announcement of the dividend day

The Board of the Company resolved to set the ex-dividend day and the payment day of 2022.

I. The Shareholders Meeting resolved to pay cash dividend from corporate earnings amounting to NT$204,192,458.00 in a regular session dated 2023/06/26. The Company desires to adjust the dividend rate from NT$7.5/share to NT$7.50220447/share payable to shareholders listed in the registry as of the record day. Dividend payment will be round to the nearest NT Dollar.

II. Ex-dividend day and related dates:
(1) Declaration day: 2023/8/22.
(2) Ex-dividend day: 2023/8/28.
(3) Date of Record: 2023/8/23.
(4) Close of trading: from 2023/08/24 to 2023/08/28.
III. Cash dividend payment date was set on 2023/9/6.
